Over a decade in existence, electrocaïne is a creative studio that has grown into an eclectic platform for art and music with no boundaries. Based in Mauritius with multiple projects in Asia, their focus is on immersive visual and projection installations with one arm in conceptualisation and the other in production, offering 360 sound and visual art solutions while also running a podcast guesting some of the most interesting musicians today.

Its sister company, Redbox Asia, is an artist booking and events agency that brings in engaging acts from all over the globe, spanning various genres, into one space for a night or three. With offices in the UK and the Philippines, the agency has become more active in on-ground production, artist management, and presence in the digital realm.

After building a few igloos in Hokkaido, running around in Mauritius, and exchanging worthy GIFs with industry expert and Texture Group founder Carlos Gibbs - who also co-founded Japan’s iconic festival Rainbow Disco Club - the movers of electrocaïne and Redbox Asia came to an understanding that an expansion was fast at hand - and an exciting cooperative was possible among friends. Gibbs’ international think-tank and luxury branding provider The Texture Group would be able to consult and supply any high-end marketing needs - from the smallest detailed wristbands to gigantic-yet-sleek neon signages, and any builds in between.

Establishing themselves as one solid camp, electrocaïne and Redbox find a home under The Texture Group and are now riding a wave of momentum, with projects on the horizon to cook up new experiences for everyone to enjoy. Stay tuned.
